Joe Childs is a recording artist, concert performer, independent studio owner and the director of guitar at a private academy in Buffalo, NY. His musical repertoire consists of many styles that include blues, folk, classical, rock, country and jazz standards. Joe creates smooth and subtle sound textures using both acoustic and electric guitar and with over 20 years experience, Childs is flexible, able to create ambiance that enhances any event or ceremony. In addition, Joe has been involved in several group projects including dinner theater, an award winning country band, and a popular music lounge act.

• The Tashama Experience World Beat Ensemble- 9 Piece music ensemble with melodic instrumentation that includes two keyboardists, violin, guitar, bass and a four piece percussion section. The group emphasizes the Afro-Brazilian Sambas while also addressing many forms of Afro-Carribean, Afro-Latin, and African American forms of music.
